La population est invit\u00e9e \u00e0 diminuer sa consommation d\u2019aliments transform\u00e9s afin de pr\u00e9venir les maladies non transmissibles (MNT) et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le gaspillage alimentaire en adoptant un comportement d\u2019achat responsable.<\/p>\n<p>En plus d\u2019une alimentation saine, il est recommand\u00e9 de pratiquer une activit\u00e9 physique de 30 minutes par jour.
